REPORT: GAY EMORY STUDENT DRAGGED FROM FRAT PARTY BY NECK
Emory University’s student newspaper, The Emory Wheel, is reporting on an incident over the weekend in which a student was “forcibly ejected” from a Sigma-Nu frat party by his neck after it was discovered that he is gay.
“Sec. 21.06. Homosexual Conduct
(a) A person commits an offense if he engages in deviate sexual intercourse with another individual of the sam sex.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
Definition of “deviate sexual intercourse” in the Texas Penal code:
(A) and contact between any part of the genitals of one person and the mouth or anus of another person; or
(B) the penetration of the genitals or the anus of another person with an object.” —
